Maid of Honor
Sister of the Bride Although some think we're twins, Erin is truly the best older sister anyone could ask for, like the Dean Winchester to my Sam Winchester or the Kim Kardashian to my Kourtney Kardashian. While Sean was shy when I first met him, there is no doubt that Erin brings out a different spontaneous side of him, making them a perfect match! I'm excited to celebrate and share this moment with my favourite sister and welcome Sean, as my favorite brother, to the family. God bless you both!
Best Man
Groom's High School Friend Sean and I go way back to high school, where we bonded over playing cards in the cafeteria and going through our arsenal of dark humour. Along the way, our bromance name "Jay Sean Derulo" was born. Sean's the kind of guy whose wit and quirkiness sneak up on you, and I've loved watching those exact traits rub off on Erin — and the unapologetically geeky hobbies too. There's no going back for her now. I'm honoured to stand beside Sean on the big day, and I'll be watching very closely for the moment he absolutely loses it at the altar. My money says sub-30 seconds.

Sister of the Groom Although I can't remember the first time meeting Erin, it’s always felt like I’ve known her forever and our relationship has been nothing but great laughs and memories! As Sean and her continue to grow in their relationship, I can’t wait to celebrate officially welcoming another sister into my family on the big day!

Groom's Childhood Friend I’m beyond privileged to have known Sean for as long as I can remember. From our basement hide and seek sessions to late night video game sleep overs, there isn’t much of my life that Sean hasn’t been a part of. Erin and I crossed paths in high school both just chairs away in the high school band. Love works in beautiful ways to bring two people from two completely different aspects of my life together and I’m beyond excited to watch them both grow in this next chapter of their lives together.

Cousin of the Bride I’m the beautiful bride’s younger cousin, and when we get together we can shop for HOURS and spend an ungodly amount of money (ask me about our fave shopping adventure at the wedding!). One of my favorite memories of Sean is at Skyzone, where he schooled some kids at dodgeball, it was ruthless yet very entertaining. I’m most excited to celebrate this amazing couple and dance to some bangers at the wedding!

Groom's High School Friend I'm one of Sean’s groomsmen (my mom would say the most handsome of the group) and part of our friend group known as “The Potato.” When I first met Sean, he was pretty quiet, but over the years we really bonded through the same sense of humor and shared hobbies, and he’s become one of my closest friends. Some of my favorite memories come from the chaos and laughs we’ve had with the group, and I’m really looking forward to celebrating him and Erin and having The Potato crew all together again.

Bride's University Friend After meeting Erin in my second year of university, we became close quickly. One of my favourite adventures together was when we went rafting in the Credit River behind UTM. It was a bumpy ride, but made for a pretty funny story. My first impression of Sean was that he seemed quiet and smart. As we’ve hung out more, I’ve gotten to see his great sense of humour, how easy he is to be around, and how happy he makes Erin. I feel really lucky to be celebrating their special day with them, and I’m looking forward to hearing their wedding playlist—I’m sure it’ll be amazing!

Groom's High School Friend I have known Sean since high school where we met through mutual friends, science classes, and shared extracurriculars like the Track & Field team. From there we shared many memories of chaotic bonfire evenings, board game nights, and video game sessions. Throughout post secondary we developed, and continue to have, a shared interest (heartbreak included) of watching the Toronto Maple Leafs at regular season and playoff games. It has been a pleasure to watch Sean and Erin's relationship grow as they share their interests and hobbies together. They bring out the best in each other and I am so happy to be able to stand with them to celebrate their wedding.

Bride's University Friend I first knew Erin through stories I heard from mutual friends and I was thrilled when I finally met her in person. I learned that she's kind, empathetic and a little crazy at times, but that just makes being her friend all the more interesting. Erin first introduced us to Sean at a board game cafe, which now knowing Sean better, I realize was the perfect introduction because it was like meeting him in his natural environment. Seeing them together then and every time after always reaffirms the fact that they are meant for each other. I am so excited to see the moment that Erin walks down the aisle towards the man she loves; the man she's going to spend the rest of her days with because I know that's the moment Erin will look the happiest she's ever been.

Groom's High School Friend I met Sean well after I had moved away from Mississauga. Although the distance, the friendship never fizzled. During COVID, our friendship grew more, we would play Warzone and game for hours on end (sometimes even during the work day). Over the past few years, we have continued the same pattern of goofiness and endless jokes. Although I haven’t known Erin for too long, I can say for certain that they both bring out the best in each other. I am honoured to stand beside Sean and excited to celebrate them both!
