Our Story

Erin's Point of View: I first noticed Scott during percussion methods, a course requirement for my music degree. He wore a lot of long-sleeve plaid shirts, bobble hats, drank coffee from ABP, and stood with his legs crossed, which I thought was odd... and cute. We got to know each other during percussion methods, vocal studio, and while we both worked on campus during the summer. To be honest, it was SLOW GOING, but I enjoyed our time as just friends very much. Eventually we started dating and that was it. He made - and still makes - me so incredibly happy. I love the life we've built together, I love our fur babies, Oliver and Lola, and I love you, Scott, will all of my heart. Scott's Point of View: The first thing I noticed about Erin when we started to get to know each other in school was her infectious laugh and beautiful smile. She almost always wore a headband and her backpack was comically large from all of the books she had to carry around. She would always walk up to me with large strides or yell at me from afar saying, "Hi Scott!" Eventually we started hanging out outside of our classes together and it wasn't long before we were kind of inseparable. She's right; it was slow going, and I was OBLIVIOUS, but here we are—and I wouldn't trade it for anything. She is such a warm and welcoming person and still makes me feel so comfortable, seen, and loved. I love you baby and I can't wait to celebrate.
