Who knows about the wedding?

Answer

We want our big day to be surrounded by our biggest supporters and those who love our love! Unfortunately, this does not include Erin’s parents. They have not been informed of the event and Erin prefers it stay that way. We appreciate your discretion!

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

We would love for everyone to be able to bring a date however because we are doing this elopement style the guest list for the ceremony and reception is for you and only you. Please understand.

How long is the ceremony? It’s May: it’s hot!

Answer

We intend to wrap up our vows in 30 minutes or less! It will be shady! Please plan on standing during our ceremony, so wear comfy shoes. **Bring a spare pair of nicer/dressier shoes for photos if you prefer.

How soon can you book your stay at the Ace?

Now! You have until April 26, 2021 to book your stay using “Samantha & Erin Wedding courtesy room block.”

Hotel parking?

Answer

Valet parking is $39/day at the Ace. There may be some free street parking but it would be safe to bet at minimum $25/day.

Traveling from hotel to City Park for the ceremony?

Answer

Depending on traffic it’s about a 15 minute drive. Carpool, Uber or Lyft.

Where to go when arriving at City Park?

Answer

City Park Avenue & North Alexander Street. Free street parking at the entrance across from Ralph’s On the Park. Or google 901-999 City Park Ave, New Orleans, LA 70119. Owen/Butler Fountain!

Parking at Courtyard Brewery (reception)?

Answer

Street parking and about 10-15 minute drive from City Park.

What to expect at the after party?

Answer

Bring anyone you want! Wear comfy walking shoes! We will hop around a few different bars that Erin & Samantha love to go to when in NOLA!
