Like a charcter from a Danielle Steel novel

They met the traditional way: Facebook Chat

As a 28 year-old woman navigating the concrete jungle that is the OC, Erin sought advice from a local psychic. Her reading was as follows: "You will meet the love of your life in your 30th year. He'll be intelligent, kind, loving, affectionate, family-oriented, with strong values, and a leader in his choice of profession. Your mom will also really like him." The psychic also described him as "warm and spicy," like a character from a Danielle Steel novel. Well, 2 years passed (as predicted). Enter Sagar. Through their mutual friend, Annie, Erin and Sagar initially maintained brief conversations about how many kids each of them wanted (Erin - 12, Sagar - 4) and how their individual online dating experiences were fairing (not well). The length of their conversations grew over time, and one day, Erin took the relationship to the next level by Facebook Chatting Sagar. They talked and talked for hours at a time, frequently neglecting their jobs and personal hygiene due to the length and intensity of their conversations. One week into their Facebook courtship, Sagar bought a ticket and spontaneously flew to San Diego the next weekend. Erin drove 90 minutes from the OC to San Diego to pick him up, and, after that, the rest was history. Though Sagar did not have the guidance of a psychic, he found everything he wanted in Erin - a woman who is gentle, kind, and compassionate to everyone she meets and a best friend who is willing to drink sour beers with him. He instantly saw that she was beautiful, intelligent, and occasionally funny. And, most importantly, both of their friends and family embraced each of them with immense kindness and love. They considered elopement many times since that first weekend but decided it wasn't worth missing out on the gifts. Kidding, of course - they wanted to build even more connections between their families and friends and share this important moment with everyone.
