What is the dress code?
Answer
We are excited to celebrate our special day with you! The dress code is 'black tie optional.' This means you are welcome to wear formal evening attire such as a tuxedo or a floor-length dress, but if you prefer a more relaxed look, a dark suit and tie or cocktail dress would also be completely appropriate. We want you to feel comfortable while still looking your best!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We will have a bus to pick up guests from Hilton Garden Inn Riverhead at 4 P.M. (Departure time 4:15 P.M.) and Hotel Indigo at 4:20 P.M. (Departure time 4:30 P.M.) If you chose to drive to the venue, there will be valet parking upon arrival. There will be a bus at the end of the reception to drive guests back to Hotel Indigo and the Hilton Garden Inn at 11 P.M. We will provide transportation to guests to the After Party at John Scott's in Westhampton Beach, this is approximately a five minute drive.

If the ceremony starts at 5:30 P.M., why are we set to arrive at 4:45-5 P.M.?

To welcome our guests, we will have cocktails provided at the bar as you enter the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
5 P.M. to allow for guests to comfortably get to the ceremony spot on the beach as well as grab a glass of champagne along the way. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 P.M.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we love kids and plan to be parents someday, we believe they will be more comfortable at home. Mom & Dad deserve a break.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
The waiters will take all requests for food allergies and concerns during their collection of dinner orders. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to Erin (516) 547-1799.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is valet at the entrance of the venue. You can also have the option to leave your car overnight and pick it up the next day, if you chose to do so.

Can I bring comfortable shoes?
Answer
This is recommended, it will be a long night of dancing & celebration!

Is the ceremony on the beach?
Answer
Yes, the ceremony is on the beach. There will be an aisle but where the seats are located, you will need to walk on the sand.
