Paul and Erin first met in 2018 on the Cape through friends; they didn't hit it off right away though. Two years later, peak Covid, they met again on Lake Boon. This time, the timing was right. From that moment on, they were pretty much inseparable. They spent the following summer going to their now favorite place in Maine, and dragging Cathryn and Brendan on double dates. A little over a year later, Paul and Erin moved into their one bedroom apartment in Brookline, while Paul attended the Brookline Fire Academy. Against Paul's better judgment, Erin thought this would be the perfect time to expand their little family. Bowie, the 18 pound aussiedoodle, now rules the house. Paul and Erin are always staying busy, whether, kayaking down the Saco river, four wheeling in Maine, or snowmobiling to the Canadian border. They are always looking for the next adventure. After 5 years, Paul proposed back at their favorite place in Maine; on the Marginal Way. With family waiting near by to celebrate the only way they know, with rum punches at Barnacle Billy's. Paul and Erin can't wait for September 25th, and see what the next chapter brings!
