You have the option to: 1) Enjoy the camp on two nights, staying Friday evening until Sunday 2) Arrive Saturday and enjoy a one-night stay into Sunday 3) Arrive for the day of the ceremony and head out that night. Whatever you choose works for us! There will be activities and things to do. BYOB (NO glass bottles) if you’re looking to enjoy yourselves Friday night as well.
If you plan to stay overnight in the cabin accommodations it is recommended you bring: 1. Sleeping bag (or sheets/blanket) and pillow. 2. Change of clothes appropriate to your group’s activities and length of stay. 3. Toiletries, and towel for showers. 4. If using the waterfront, bathing suit and water shoes or sandals. 5. Bug spray and sunscreen. 7. Flashlight. 8. Water bottle. 9. Any other items which would make your stay more comfortable. 10. BYOB if you want to drink outside of the celebration time. (CANS or plastic containers only). If you prefer to bring your own alcohol, make sure to remove glass out of the picture. Thank you!!
Housing is traditional cabins, with 6-8 built-in twin bunkbeds per cabin. They have electricity and outlets. Bathrooms are less than a minute walk from each village. There are showers available in the bathrooms.
Please do not bring ANY glass bottles, this is for the safety of the venue site as it is a large grass area. If you have specific things you want to drink, place it in plastic water bottles or buy cans! Olivia and I are responsible for any damages or fines that are received, so please just be mindful and respectful of the camp itself and throw cans into designated trash bins! Drinking in these areas is PROHIBITED: The parking lot and the waterfront. We have the entire camp ground to have fun! Drink your beer while playing corn hole or by the fire! Not in a desolate parking lot! We will have a bar and alcohol available during the ceremony, reception, and dinner.
No drugs, including marijuana, are permitted on the premises. The camp is also a smoke-free zone! We do apologize for this inconveniencing anyone, as it is a children's summer camp when not being used for events. Please plan accordingly, and anything you risk bringing is on your own behalf/liability.
You are not permitted to bring a pet unless they are a certified therapy dog! We are so sorry about the inconvenience.
We will! As a team. We are solely responsible for pick up and leaving camp the way we found it, so please take care of any trash you left behind or any messes in your cabin.
Kids are absolutely welcome! Things might be loud later at night, so we recommend ear plugs if you stay the night in the cabins. This is not a “no kid” wedding! If you want your kids to be part of the experience, bring them along, they are yours to love and to hold ;)
If you or someone in your party is concerned about getting around, whether you have kids or a broken hip like Nancy once did, there is a cart available to bring guests to and from the parking lot as well as to the ceremony location when needed!
