We request all guests try and RSVP by the 15th of June, especially if guests are not staying at the Bethel Inn Suites, so we can plan transportation accordingly.
We will be offering a Vegetarian/Gluten free meal option that we will list here soon. As for any other allergies, please list them in your RSVP so we can communicate them to our caterer and ensure your meal is both safe and delicious :)
The venue has parking to accommodate most guests and is a 30 minute drive from the hotels.
The shuttle schedule/pick-up and dop off locations will be finalized after RSVP's come in. Please check back later for more details, as we would like for as many folks to be able to take transportation as we can accommodate.
The ceremony will start at 4:15pm. We request guests try to arrive by 4:00pm. All of the hotels are approximately 30 minutes from the venue.
Although the attire is semi-formal, the wedding will be outdoors so we please request guests wear what will be comfortable! :) Much of the area will be on grass, so thin heels may be a challenge.
The ceremony will be fully outdoors. We will have a walled tent for the reception and a floor for dancing! :)
While we love all of our loved ones kiddo's and babies, we will only be able to accommodate a child-free night. Unless it was otherwise noted individually to you in your invitation or in a conversation 1:1 prior to the event, then we hope you will find this as an opportunity to let your hair down and have a fun night off from parenting! :)
There will be cash a bar that will be open for the duration of the reception.
