Our ceremony will begin at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 6th, 2026. We kindly ask that you arrive by 10:30 AM to get settled before we say "I do."
For the ceremony and the reception, the vibe is Dressy Casual: nice but not too fancy. For the ladies, sundresses or cocktail dresses are great. For the guys, you are more than welcome to wear a suit or jacket, but khakis or dress pants with a polo or button-down shirt work just as well! Just aim for something you’d wear going out to dinner on vacation! If you'll be joining us for dinner the night before, the dress code will be the same! For the activities, we will be outdoors so bring a pair of sneakers and workout/casual clothes. You will also have the opportunity to swim in the lake during the activities, so feel free to bring a bathing suit! For the BBQ on Saturday night, feel free to dress like you would for any other BBQ!
Friday, June 5th We’re kicking things off with a super casual welcome dinner by the lake at 6:00 PM, complete with drinks and laid-back vibes. After dinner, gather 'round the bonfire for s’mores under the stars - the perfect start to our weekend together. Saturday, June 6th Our ceremony will begin at 11:00 AM, followed by cocktail hour at 11:30 AM and a reception from 12:30–3:30 PM. After the reception, the fun continues! From 3:00–7:00 PM, enjoy classic camp activities or simply relax by the lake and soak in the scenery - the camp is all yours to enjoy however you’d like. At 7:00 PM, everyone’s invited to our “I Do” BBQ by the lake, followed by another bonfire with s’mores, music, and drinks to close out the night. Stay as late as you'd like - we’ll be soaking up every last moment! Sunday, June 7th Before we part ways, join us for a farewell breakfast from 7:00–10:30 AM to relive the memories and share one last coffee (or mimosa!) together.
We’d absolutely LOVE for you to join us for the full wedding weekend! That way, the fun doesn’t have to end - and there’s no need to worry about late-night drives or hotel check-ins. For $50 per person, you can reserve a spot in a shared cabin with your family or friends. The cabins are classic summer camp style - bunk beds, shared bathrooms, and plenty of charm. It’s all part of the experience, and we hope you embrace the camp magic as much as we do! Towels and linens are included, just make sure to bring your own toiletries! Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on Friday, June 5th, and you’re welcome to stay until 12:00 PM on Sunday, June 7th. Plus, we’ll have breakfast available on Saturday and Sunday morning! Please note: cabins have fans but are not air-conditioned, so plan accordingly for a rustic retreat! To reserve your cabin space, please contact Erin at 732-865-6812 by May 1st so that she can make all arrangements & provide a head count to the camp!
While we aren’t reserving a hotel block, there are several nearby accommodations if you prefer not to stay at Camp Soles: Hampton Inn Somerset Fairfield Inn & Suites Somerset Holiday Inn Express Somerset Gingerbread House Bed & Breakfast Log Cabin Lodge & Suites - Pet Friendly Options! Slopeside Hotel by Seven Springs Trent House Inn We recommend booking early, especially for summer weekends in the area!
After the reception, we’ll be diving into some classic camp fun - so be sure to pack casual clothes to change into and get comfy for an afternoon of activities or lakeside lounging. If you plan to spend the full day outdoors, feel free to bring camp chairs, blankets, or anything else to help you relax and enjoy the fresh air. For those staying at camp, linens and towels will be provided, but don’t forget your toiletries! If there is rain in the forecast, be sure to also pack an umbrella and proper footwear!
Rain or shine, we’ll still be embracing the magic of our camping weekend! In the event of wet weather, we’ll make a few small adjustments - including setting up tents and shifting a few activities - but the fun will go on as planned. The only thing we may have to skip are the bonfires, but everything else is still a go!
While we’d love to have you join us for the whole weekend, we totally understand if you can only make it for part of the celebration. When you RSVP, you’ll be able to let us know exactly which events you plan to attend - whether that’s the full weekend of fun, just the ceremony and reception, or anything in between. Come for what you can - we’ll be thrilled to see you!
We’ve carefully considered our guest list, and if you were given a plus one, it will be indicated on your RSVP form. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out!
For safety reasons, this is an adult-only celebration, with the exception of immediate family children that have been explicitly named.
If you have dietary restrictions and/or allergies, please let Erin know as soon as possible. That way, we can make accommodations for all your needs!
