Travel and Lodging

Jackson and the surrounding area is both beautiful and notoriously hard to get to. We understand if this is a dealbreaker for those traveling. Know that we love you no matter what.

Flight

Jackson Hole Airport (JAC)

If you have the option, a flight into JAC during the day paired with a window seat equals an incredible view. Try to avoid late flights in, as the curfew for the airport is strict (it's located within the boundaries of Grand Teton National Park), so if it's delayed, you will be enjoying a night in DFW, DEN, or SLC. If you're driving then choose your own adventure! Northwest Wyoming is beautiful - if you have the time you can swing south through Yellowstone on your way down to Grand Teton NP and Jackson. 10/10 recommend.

Travel Note

Lodging

There are more hotels in Jackson than we could ever list here. If you don't see something you like, there are many more options - from Motel 6 to the The Four Seasons. However, the one thing we cannot stress enough is that whatever you decide, decide early. With events rescheduled to 2021 (just like this one), things are filling up fast. If you try to book a room in May or June, you may be out of luck.

Hotel

Anvil Hotel

215 North Cache Street
Jackson, WY 83001
 (307) 733-3668

The Anvil is located in downtown Jackson and within walking distance of the town square, where a lot of the action happens. The website below is 20% off the standard "Best Available Rate" found online, which will fluctuate as availability changes - so book early. The Anvil sometimes offers other discounts online that may be even better than the 20% off standard rack rate. If that's the case - book that instead.

Hotel

Elk Refuge Inn

1755 U.S. 89
Jackson, WY 83001
 (307) 200-0981

The Elk Refuge Inn is located just north of town across from the...elk refuge. In order to book, you must call and reference "Erin's Wedding Block," which will give 20% off their standard room price of $279. The Inn is not walkable to and from town, unless you want a nice stroll (about a mile or two). All rooms have a kitchenette. The room block is set aside for Sept 16-18, but if you would like to stay Saturday night as well, they will extend the discount for that night's stay too.

House Or Rental

VRBO, Rendezvous Mountain Rentals, Outpost Rentals

If you are coming in as a family and want to stay more than a couple days, renting a house/townhome the the best option. VRBO (or AirBnB) is not allowed within the Town of Jackson limits, however, it is an option for those staying outside of town in areas like Wilson and Teton Village - both close to the ceremony and reception. Rendezvous Mountain Rentals (https://www.rmrentals.com/) and Outpost Rentals (https://www.outpostjh.com/) do offer options within Jackson.

Hotel

Cache House

215 North Cache Street
Jackson, WY 83001
 (307) 733-3668

If you're flying solo or without kids and don't really need a fancy hotel, Cache House is an awesome option. It's hostel style lodging in a beautiful space for around $70-$80/night. Seriously - it's really nice, and located below the Anvil, so you're right in the middle of town still.

Hotel

The Hostel

3315 Village Drive
Teton Village, WY 83025
 (307) 733-3415

The Hostel is a great option for reasonable nightly rates in Teton Village. Unlike Cache House, the rooms are not hostel-style rooms, despite the name. Unfortunately, they don't allow room blocks, but we wanted to let you know they are an option regardless. (Our neighbor, one of the biggest ski bums in Jackson in the 80s and subsequent total gem of a human, used to run it).
