We have been together for 8 years - very close to 9 years in September!! In 2012, we met the first day of college at Washington State University at a social our school was putting on for freshmen students. Our friendship bloomed as we went to parties, out to friend dinners, and got to know each other - along with our other wonderful friends! In November 2013, we started dating and our relationship has grown ever since. We've been through a lot together - college, long-distance, a pandemic, graduate school in a pandemic. It's been a wonderful journey with many lessons along the way. Over the past three years of our engagement, we've spent a lot of time on camping trips and cuddling with our dogs, Willow and River. We are really looking forward to the adventures yet to come! We’ve been waiting for a safe time for us all to gather together and we're so glad we are finally able to celebrate with all of you!

Heronswood Garden is owned and located on the Point Gamble S'Kallam land. Thank you to these caretakers of this land who have lived, and continue to live there, since time immemorial.
