All are welcome! When you drive through the main entrance of John Carroll's campus, turn right and drive towards the clock tower. Free parking will be available in the parking lot adjacent to Hamlin Quad. After parking, walk alongside the quad and through the arches on either side of the clock tower. Saint Francis Chapel is in the far left corner of the second quad, connected to the DeCarlo Student Center.
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Adult-only reception Cocktail hour from 4:30pm - 5:30pm. Free shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the reception for guests staying in our hotel blocks. The shuttles will depart from the Hilton/Holiday Inn shared parking lot at 4:00pm, 4:15pm and 4:30pm. The shuttles will depart from the reception to the Hilton/Holiday Inn shared parking lot at 8:00pm, 8:30pm, 9:00pm, 9:30pm, and 10:00pm. You do not need to be a guest at the hotel to take advantage of the shuttle service, but you will need to make your way to the Hilton/Holiday Inn shared parking lot.
