Can I bring a date?

We’re so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are hoping to keep the guest list limited to those listed on your RSVP. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we politely and lovingly request that this be an adults-only event unless you are immediate family. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us on our big day!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available across the street in the Keystone Parking Lot. There is plenty of space! Our venue is located inside of Keystone Mills.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to our hotel page of the website. We have reserved a room block at Homewood Suites by Hilton Holyoke-Springfield, and listed other options. If booking with our room block, please know the cut off date is March 19, 2024.

My guest or I have dietary restrictions, how do we let you know?

We will be sure to have options for everyone! There will be a place to fill our a more detailed dietary response when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our ceremony starts at 5:00 PM. Please arrive by 4:45 PM, thank you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We hope all guests come dressed to impress! This event is considered semi formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
