We’re getting married!

Kyle and Erin met for the first time at a beautiful water fountain outside of the Museum of Natural Science. Kyle was the tallest person around and Erin was the shortest, it was a match made in Heaven! They met on a dating app called Hinge, and Kyle was the only guy Erin matched with that she felt comfortable enough to meet in person and go on a first date. After meeting, she knew that she made the right choice and didn’t feel the need to meet anyone else. Luckily, Kyle felt the same! After their third date, both Kyle and Erin deleted the app and were only interested in dating each other. Shortly after that, Kyle and Erin officially became boyfriend and girlfriend. Having met right before the COVID-19 lock-down, the two were inseparable and got to know each other very quickly! They enjoyed their days working from home and spending time with their fur-baby, Mo! The two were so in love with each other, like they still are to this day. They can’t wait to be married and celebrate with you!

What Erin thought was just a 2-year anniversary celebration dinner, turned out to be the best day ever!! Kyle and Erin spent that whole Saturday together, running errands, spending some time with friends, etc. that nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Even though there were tiny little clues and hints throughout the day, Kyle was quick on his feet to convince Erin that everything was normal, so she had no idea! From free champagne at the restaurant to a text from their Brother-in-law, John, Kyle was on it and ready with a story for all the scenarios! He was not going to let anything ruin the proposal surprise! Kyle told Erin that he had to stop by his mom’s house after dinner to pick up some stuff, which wasn’t out of the ordinary, so Erin just went along with it. When they got out of the car and started walking towards the house, Erin could hear music playing (again, not out of the ordinary) but it wasn’t the usual country that Thomas and Sherri are usually listening to! Erin recognized the sweet pop song right away and started to get suspicious. Kyle led Erin towards the back gate, which he opened to reveal a beautifully lit up tree in the backyard, complete with a hanging red metal heart and red rose petals leading to a tarp at the base of the tree surrounded by lanterns. Erin still took a second to realize what was going on, so she stopped walking, looked at Kyle and asked excitedly, “what is happening?,” to which Kyle responded “just trust me,” with a huge smile on his face, as he led Erin to the tree. It was then that Erin FINALLY realized Kyle was about to propose! She quick ran to put her purse on the ground, out of the perfect proposal camera shot, & was instantly crying tears of joy! Kyle got down on one knee and revealed the most beautiful ring Erin has ever seen! Especially designed for her by Kyle with precious family diamonds, Erin couldn’t have felt more honored and happy to wear the ring on her finger. The best part of the day (other than saying yes to the man of her dreams!) was that after saying yes, Erin and Kyle’s whole families surprised them by joining them outside and cheering! They helped Kyle set everything up and was secretly watching them the whole time! It was the best day ever for Kyle and Erin and they can’t wait to spend many more best days together!
