When should I RSVP by?

Where are the Ceremony and Reception being held?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Darby House. The address is 801 Darby Creek Drive, Galloway, OH 43119.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Please be aware that our venue is a private, gated estate and does NOT allow vehicles to be left on property at the conclusion of our reception. To ensure everyone can enjoy our wedding day and get home safely, please plan your trip home by designating a sober driver, or arranging a Lyft to and from the venue. If you are attending the Welcome Event on the 24th please use this Lyft code: KGEB2025 For the Wedding on the 25th please use this Lyft code: GEBBECK25 These are codes for a Lyft Pass. Go to your account profile, then payment and the option should be there to ‘Add Lyft Pass’ and that will be where you enter the code. We also recommend pre-scheduling your Lyft pickup for the end of the evening if you plan to use that option!

What is the timeline for the big day?

Our Ceremony will take place at 4:30pm, followed by Cocktail Hour from 5:00pm-6:00pm, with our Reception beginning at 6:00pm and ending at 10:00pm.

What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?

Answer

Guests are able to arrive starting at 4:00pm. Please be sure to arrive no later than 4:15 to allow enough time to grab a refreshment and seat yourself!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor, and our reception will be indoors in the Grand Dining Room.

Is there a dress code?

Dress should be cocktail attire. Please note the weather and dress appropriately as the ceremony will be outdoors!
