The dress code is "beach formal" which means opting for light, breathable fabrics like linen and cotton, with flowy dresses or tailored shirts with chinos, while avoiding overly formal attire and choosing comfortable footwear suitable for sand like sandals or wedges. TLDR: Come to Carmel Fields at 4:30 pm and park your car there during the ceremony and reception. The shuttles will take you to the beach for the ceremony and back to Carmel Fields for the reception. There is ample parking at Carmel Fields, the reception site, located at 4860 Carmel Valley Rd, Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA 93923. Please plan to arrive to take the first round of shuttles at around 4:30 pm, or the second set of shuttles at around 5 pm. The shuttles will take guests back to Carmel Fields for the reception after the ceremony. Please let us know if you plan to ride the shuttle so we can plan accordingly, by answering the question when you RSVP.
