Erin and Killian both went to The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. During their first year of school, their mutual friend invited both of them to a college party near campus. Erin was sitting on a staircase with her friends bottle of Svedka, waiting for her friend to return from the bathroom. It just so happened that when Erin decided to take a swig, Killian walked around the corner, and the rest was history. Throughout college Killian's nickname for Erin was Svedka, to remember that first moment. Erin and Killian continued to grow their friendship their first year of college, and got to know each other even more by being in a few classes together. During their second year of college, Killian asked Erin to be his girlfriend on February 25, 2018. Over the past 6 years, Erin and Killian have had the privilege of getting to travel all over the world together! They have been to Scotland, Ireland, Taiwan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and many other states in the USA together. Erin and Killian love to go on drives and listen to music together, go to professional sports games, attend concerts, discover new breweries and wineries, eat woodfire pizza, and hangout with their awesome friends and each others families. Killian asked Erin to marry him on April 20, 2024 while hiking at the fairy pools in the Isle of Skye in Scotland.
