What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask you to arrive at St. Mary’s Church at 1:45 PM. The Mass will be approximately one hour, and our cocktail hour begins at 5:00 PM at Saphire Estate. If you are staying at a hotel, please feel free to use the time in between to get settled. Otherwise, please see our "Things To Do" section for local activities.

Is there a dress code?

Please dress in formal and/or cocktail attire. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a date and/or my children?

Answer

We’d love to include everyone, but due to the venue's capacity, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If your invite includes a plus-one or your children, they are absolutely welcome!

I have a food allergy and/or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP, there will be an opportunity to specify any allergies or dietary restrictions. Our venue is fully equipped to accommodate these needs and will make every effort to ensure your meal is safe and enjoyable.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, St. Mary's Church has ample parking on site. For the reception, Saphire Estate will have a parking attendant to assist guests. Additionally, a shuttle service will run between SpringHill Suites and Saphire Estate, allowing guests to enjoy the festivities without needing to drive — your designated driver for the night!
