Across the street from Ventiki in Downtown Ventura. This location has a beer garden, drinks made from locally made spirits, and a great pizza. This couple comes here for the clam pizza in a razor thin sourdough crust - don't knock it until you try it!
The Mighty Axe
Do you have some pent up energy? Wedding stress? Or you just want to throw something? Head over the The Mighty Axe at the Collection in Oxnard. Located near The Anex, which hosts several delicious food options including the couples' favorites Silver Lake Ramen and Afters Ice Cream. Yes you can throw a actual axe at a wall with your choice of targets: zombies, rum bottles, certain political figures, or you can even put a picture of your ex on there. Don't worry if it is your first time, the staff there will show you how it's done and will even encourage you to cheat!
Leo Carrillo State Park
A favorite hiking spot for the couple. Most of the trails are not difficult and 1 even has an amazing view overlooking the ocean. A short drive past Neptune's Net, where the couple would occasionally grab a bite of seafood after a long hike. Ventura county and Malibu have so many hiking trails to choose from - just don't forget your water and sunscreen.
