Schedule

Hello dear family and friends! We are so excited to celebrate this special day with you and are grateful to have you with us. Our celebration will take place at Erin’s mom, Rachel, and stepdad, Stephen’s home in rural Shelburne, Massachusetts. The event will be almost entirely outdoors, so please keep that in mind when choosing attire and footwear. We’ll be spending most of our time on stone patios and grassy lawns, so we recommend leaving the stilettos at home! To keep everyone comfortable, we’ll have tents and parasols for shade, as well as an indoor air-conditioned lounge available if you’d like to cool off.

Arrival

1:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Please plan to arrive between 1:30 and 2:00 PM. We’re still waiting for our orchard neighbors to confirm parking arrangements, so please check back here one to two weeks before 8/8 for updated details. Parking will likely be either in the orchard lot up the road or along our quiet country road. We kindly ask that you avoid parking directly in front of the house so we can keep the view open for the celebration. Once you arrive, settle in, grab a drink, and make yourself at home!

Ceremony

3:00 pm

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM beneath the big maple tree on the south side of the house. Following the ceremony, we’d love to gather everyone for a group portrait in front of the house.

Reception

4:00 pm

After our group portrait we will enjoy cocktails, lawn games, and children’s play spaces for our younger guests. Dinner will begin around 6:30 PM, followed by dessert, dancing, and celebrating into the evening.

Sunday, August 9, 2026

Brunch

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

If you’re still around on Sunday morning, please join us for a relaxed bagel bar breakfast with coffee and brunch cocktails. We’ll be taking it easy and enjoying a slow Sunday together, and we’d love for anyone who wants to linger to stay and enjoy the morning with us. Depending on the weather and enthusiasm levels, we may even make a trip to the river for a swim!
