Thursday, October 8th, 2026 5:00 p.m. -Guest arrival 5:15 p.m.- Guests seated 5:30 p.m.- Ceremony begins 6:00-7:00 p.m.- Cocktail hour 7:00 p.m.- Reception begins 11:00 p.m.- Reception ends

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue between 5:00-5:15 p.m. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 p.m. Guests will be seated at 5:15 p.m.

Transportation?

Answer

No transportation is needed between events. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all being held at Lakeview at the WatersEdge Conference Center. There will be transportation provided from the hotel to the venue prior to the ceremony and from the reception back to the hotel at the end of the evening for guests staying there.

There is one parking lot at the venue, providing ample free parking.

No, our wedding will be childfree with the exception of the kids in the wedding party.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal but please wear whatever makes you comfortable! The ceremony will be outdoors.

Appetizers will include charcuterie, steak & onion jam crostinis, & strawberry bruschetta. Dinner options are: chicken saltimbocca, stuffed chicken breast served with roasted yukon gold potatoes and green beans or beef filet served with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. Please indicate your preference as well as any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Will there be an open bar?

What is an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We will have an unplugged ceremony, meaning we ask that guests are not taking pictures with their phones during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer, Alayna Parker, who will be taking all the needed pictures. Of course, guests are welcome to take as many pictures as they'd like before and after the ceremony!
