Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire (But We're Not the Fashion Police) We’d love to see you dressed to impress—think cocktail attire: stylish, semi-formal, and dance-floor ready. That said, if your version of “fancy” includes a killer jumpsuit, your favorite blazer, or the shoes you can actually walk in... we support it. Come looking sharp, but most importantly, come ready to celebrate!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our venue has a strict adults-only policy (we know—we tried!). So this celebration will be kid-free. Consider it a well-deserved night off to eat, drink, and dance like you did before nap schedules and snack negotiations.

Question

Are there hotel room blocks?

Answer

YES! The Country Inn & Suites in Forest Lake: 1954 West Broadway Avenue Forest Lake, MN 55025. Reference the Haack/Anderson Wedding for your discounted rate.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

A shuttle will be running to and from the Country Inn & Suites so you can party responsibly and in style. Just a heads-up: you can’t leave cars at the venue overnight, and ride shares like Uber/Lyft don’t make it out that far. So, if you’re planning on having a few celebratory beverages (and you should!), park at the hotel, hop on the shuttle, dance your heart out, and then grab the shuttle back to the hotel and a ride from there home (if you're not staying at the hotel, that is!)

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation says “+ guest,” then yes—your leading lady/man/favorite dance partner is totally invited! If not, consider this your meet-cute moment… you never know who you’ll bump into on the dance floor.

Question

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! For all of our convenience, everything will be held in one location for the entire night!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, dinner, and reception will be indoor. The cocktail hour will be in an open-air building that has a fireplace and blankets for warmth in case it gets cold.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at the venue, but please note - you cannot leave your car there overnight, so plan accordingly!

Question

When should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony kicks off at 4:00 PM sharp—and we do mean sharp (no dramatic aisle entries from guests, please ). Aim to arrive around 3:30 to grab a seat, admire how good you look, and settle in before the “I dos” begin. Trust us, you don’t want to be the one awkwardly sneaking in behind the bride.
