FAQs

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have special rates for the Pinnacle Hotel and the Lonsdale Quay Hotel, both of which are within a 2 minute walk of the venue. For family coming in from out of town, this is a great place to stay if you are hoping to do some exploring around North Vancouver and Vancouver. You are within a 2 minute walk from the Seabus that will get you downtown in 15 minutes, as well as busses that can take you to Grouse Mountain, West Vancouver, and Deep Cove. You can use the following codes: Lonsdale Quay Hotel - Code: WEDD26 for 30% off the best rate. The Pinnacle - Code: 260731KEEL for the group rate. Code coming soon for the Holiday Inn, which is about 15 minutes away from the venue.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Summer Formal - think Garden-Party-Soirée! If you’re feeling fancy, we fully support it, but ultimately we want everyone to wear whatever feels most like themselves. Colour is very welcome, and comfy dancing shoes are encouraged! For those wearing suits, please feel free to lose the jacket if it’s warm. Question

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be at 4pm, so feel free to arrive around 3:30pm or a little earlier if you want to settle in.

Question

Parking + Transportation

Answer

There is parking at the venue, however it is on the pricier side. If you are staying in North Vancouver or Downtown it might be more cost effective to Uber or Taxi to the venue. There are a few parkades near the venue, including at the Pinnacle, the Quay, or directly under the venue at Shipyards.

Question

What's the bar situation?

Answer

You bring yourselves, we will bring the bar!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

For the wonderful parents, whose children we love: Our families have grown so much that having kids at the wedding would require a classroom teacher or two. We will be having a parents-night-out wedding! Please note, if your baby’s sole food source is you, they are more than welcome! Little cousins, we hope to see you on Friday at the family BBQ!

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We truly mean it when we say your presence is the best gift we could ask for, and we know it’s no small effort to make time and travel for a wedding. That said, for those who would like to, we have a small registry: https://www.myregistry.com/wedding-registry/erin-keely-and-jordan-asch-/5492369
