Yes! We’re setting sail on the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon for a 3-hour floating celebration filled with love, laughter, and maybe a little dancing (if the boat’s not too rocky). Bring your sea legs and your best formalwear—it’s going to be a magical cruise!
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early. The boat waits for no one. Seriously, it will leave the dock without you and you’ll be waving at us from shore. And that would be sad. For you. And mildly awkward for us.
Details about the dock location and parking will be provided with the invitation or via email/text/possibly carrier pigeon. Just know it’s in Portland, Oregon, and yes, there will be parking. But carpooling, Uber, or being dropped off by a cool friend is highly encouraged.
Think “cocktail attire meets red carpet with a view.” Tuxes are welcome, gowns are fabulous, and dressy is the vibe. And yes, wear comfortable-ish shoes—you’ll be standing, mingling, and maybe swaying with the current
The Willamette is very calm, but if you’re sensitive, bring your favorite motion-sickness remedy. Or just focus on love, snacks, and not looking at the water too hard. Champagne helps too.
October in Oregon is a wild card. While most of the boat is covered and cozy, bring a light jacket or wrap just in case. Rain or shine, the love boat sails on.

Yes! For those who want to keep the celebration rolling, we’ve reserved space at Hey Love in the Jupiter Next Hotel after the boat docks. It’s a fun, vibey spot perfect for cocktails and late-night laughs. One important note: this is a no-host gathering—meaning everyone is responsible for their own food and drinks.
