Spessard Holland North Beach has free parking. The water might be chilly, but a beach walk is always a good idea! Spessard Holland South Beach is just south on A1A with more free parking.

Del's Freez

Arguably the best ice cream in town, for any guests who are ice cream connoisseurs, Del's is worth the trip over the bridge! John’s order is the strawberry banana milkshake with real fruit.

Riverside Sunset

A quiet little spot at the end of the road, John’s favorite place to watch the sunsets over the river. A more public view with more parking is just south down riverside at the Melbourne Beach Pier.

Melbourne Beach Pier / Ryckman Park

Another great sunset spot, take a walk on the pier over the river or take the little ones to Ryckman Park nearby.

Florida Tech Botanical Gardens

Free parking next to the boardwalk tunnels on the west side of Babcock. Enjoy a nice walk through the Florida Tech jungles. You might find your way to Campbell Hall, John’s freshman dorm.
