What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:30 PM and guests should arrive and get settled around 3-3:15 PM.

What is the attire?

Answer

Dressy/Business casual. For example, button-down shirt, polo, relaxed pants (chinos, khakis), sports coat or blazer for men. Ladies, sundress, midi-dress, or jumpsuit.

What food will be served?

Answer

Cocktail hour will take place after the ceremony and before dinner. There will be hors d'oeuvres and a limited cocktail menu. After guests are seated, dinner will be served and includes a salad, a duet entree of Tuscan Chicken and Mahi-Mahi with pineapple pico de gallo, and two sides. The bar will switch to open bar for the reception and dessert will be served.

Will transportation from the hotel to the venue be provided?

Answer

Yes. A shuttle will run from the hotel to The Peach Orchard for our wedding celebration! It will be available as needed.
