When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on Sunday, July 26, 2026 at Luxe Bistro in downtown Ottawa. The ceremony and brunch will run from 11:00AM – 4:00 PM.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Arrival begins at 11:00am. Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to get settled before the ceremony begins promptly at 11:30am.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden party attire. Florals, soft colours, light, elegant, and comfortable attire. Jackets and ties are optional.

Is it indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be held indoors at Luxe Bistro, we will have a private space separate from the restaurant.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

The venue is accessed via a staircase. Once upstairs, everything is on one level including the restrooms.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Answer

Yes! Celebratory drinks & light canapés followed by brunch buffet, dessert, coffee & tea. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Are children welcome?

Absolutely! Children are warmly welcome, we’ll be bringing our three.

Is there parking nearby?

There are several paid parking garages and street parking options within walking distance of Luxe Bistro.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to enjoy the ceremony unplugged and leave the photos to the professionals.

Can I take photos during the celebration?

Answer

Absolutely!! We’d love to see the day through your eyes. Our photographer will be with us until 2:00pm. After that, you’re the photographers! Grab your camera and help us capture the rest of the day.
