We are so excited to share a few of our favorite places with you while you are in town. We couldn't list nearly everything, but here is a selection of just some of the fun things that are available to you while you are here.

Aquariums are one of Jarrett's favorite places. This one though on the smaller side is a great price! Must get tickets in advance as they sell out fast

North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher

Our favorite beach.  Lots of parking spaces available makes this our go to!

Fort Fisher State Recreation Area

Bring comfortable shoes and light clothes because it can get hot!

Battleship North Carolina

Great area for some outdoor shopping and restaurants.

Mayfaire

If you want to go to this beach either plan on ubering or getting there very early as there is very limited parking on the island.

Wrightsville Beach

A Wilmington tradition. Casual Dining with burritos and a salsa bar. Look for the FAB bumper sticker all over cars in Wilmington.

Flaming Amy's Burrito Barn

Unique collection of food for an interesting dining experience. Get the Alligator Cheesecake! Don't ask questions just get it.

Rooster & The Crow

Probably the most well known restaurant in town.  Thai food with a cool outdoor seating area.

Indochine Restaurant

Small but well maintained art museum with a sneaky good café for a great lunch or brunch.

Cameron Art Museum

Water park, mini golf, go-karts, and an arcade. Great fun for the whole family.

Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park

Great selection of all types of beer brewed locally.

Flying Machine Brewing Company

Great selection of locally distilled spirits. Stop in for a curated cocktail or to pick up souvenir.  We recommend the Barrel Rested Gin. Can also be found at our local ABC store (State liquor store).
