We met in June 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, when L.A. was mostly shut down. Neither of us had ever used the dating apps before, but we decided to sign up for Hinge and we started talking to each other around Memorial Day Weekend. We met at a park in our neighborhood on a hot, sunny day, and all of Erin's dreams of having a first hot girl summer in L.A. were over! We spent every weekend at the beach, Friday evenings through Sunday, getting to know each other and creating our joint summer playlist. By the end of the summer, it was clear that this was not just a Covid fling, and we moved in together in June 2021. Jarred fully embraced becoming a dog dad to two feisty old man chihuahuas, and takes care of them even at their grumpiest most stubborn times! 4 years later, we're as in love as we were our first summer together, probably more! And we're so excited to get married in front of our closest friends and family!
