When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30 pm and is recommended to be accessed by a shuttle. If you are staying in an off-site accomodation or in a lodge room, please meet at the front desk to take a shuttle from the main lodge parking lot. Shuttles begin at 4:00 pm. Please plan your arrival accordingly. If you are staying in a cabin or guest home on the property, you can call or visit the front desk to schedule your shuttle to pick you up right at your door.

When do I need to book my room?

Answer

We highly recommend considering your accommodations as soon as you know you will be attending the wedding. This is a busy time of year in the area and we want to be sure all of our guests who would like to stay on site or locally are able to do so. Refer to the accommodations tab and call your accommodation of choice to learn more.

Are kids welcome?

We appreciate your understanding in our choice to hold a child free event. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of all guests invited.
