At the State Capitol there are multiple lots and meter locations to park! Just a reminder meter parking payment is enforced 8a-10p on Saturdays! There is a large flat lot next to Steady Pour so guests can park for free! Guests may leave their vehicles overnight, just know there are not any security cameras.
Due to our small group size we will not be having a hotel block, however we plan on staying at the TownePlace Suites in North Loop Minneapolis if you would like to join!
No our ceremony will not be 45 min long! This is just our after hour reservation of the Rotunda time. We plan to have a short ceremony since there are only a few benches and guests who are able will be standing. Come prepared with comfy shoes if needed!
The ceremony will be held at the State Capitol in the Rotunda at 3 pm. This is technically after hours so please get into the capitol before the doors lock at 3! Taylor, our officiant, will gather everyone in the Rotunda as you arrive! After our ceremony, we will be taking a few family pictures out on the front steps before heading to Steady Pour for dinner. Steady Pour opens at 4 pm but our dining room will not be ready until 4:30. Feel free to hang out in the lounge/bar portion of Steady Pour until 4:30 when our cocktail hour will begin!
