FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration, so our dress code is semi-formal with a relaxed, summery vibe. Women: Light, elegant summer dresses or coordinated separates. Bright colours are encouraged. Think a relaxed but polished euro-summer vibe. A light jacket or wrap might be needed in the evening. Men: Smart but lightweight shirts paired with trousers or smart shorts. Linen suits or breezy linen trousers are a great option. Ties aren’t necessary, and there’s no need for dress shoes - comfortable footwear is absolutely fine.

Question

What kind of footwear should I wear?

Answer

Since the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on uneven ground, we recommend comfortable shoes or wedges. Heels might be tricky on grass and uneven terrain, so opt for footwear that lets you move easily and enjoy the celebration - or bring a back up pair of flip flops to change into.

Question

Will there be a free bar?

Answer

We’ll be putting some money behind the bar to get things started. Once that runs out, drinks will be available to purchase. Please note: the bar is cash-only, so do bring some euros with you. There will also be wine provided on the tables during dinner. Bar Menu: Softdrinks: 2,50 EUR Beer: 2,50 EUR Glass of wine: 5 EUR Glass of bubbles 6 EUR Longdrink: 8 EUR (spirit + mixer)

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

We kindly ask you make your own way to the venue using local taxis or uber. However, we will be providing a shuttle taxi to take you back to your accommodation in the evening.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that everyone can be fully present. After the ceremony, feel free to snap away and capture all the fun moments!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

This celebration is adults-only to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for everyone, with the exception of close family members.
