FAQs

If you have any other questions please reach out to the Bride or Groom before the wedding (no questions will be answered the day of as we'll be busy!)
Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless their name was included on your invitation, unfortunately no.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! but the party will be going late if you would like to plan ahead.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be no shuttles provided so please make sure you know how you are getting to the ceremony and reception. Uber and Lyft are available in the area (but there aren't many) so hotel guests are encouraged to carpool.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail please. The reception will take place mostly on grass and the weather may be hot and/or rainy so plan shoes and outfits accordingly.

Question

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Cigarettes and cigars will be allowed in a designated area. All smoking outside of the marked area is prohibited

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Cars will be parked on grass and partly in a field at the ceremony and reception location. Parking is limited so carpooling is recommended.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Target at Amazon. Links are available under the registry section at the top of this website. Our registries are small (much like our living space) so funds towards a future honeymoon or house are appreciated.

Question

What kind of food and drinks will you have?

Answer

The cocktail hour will have an entirely plant-based antipasto offering and dinner will feature some of the bride and groom's favorite cuisines from around the world. All common allergies/dietary restrictions have been taken into account and kid friendly options will be available as well. Our bar will be stocked with beer, wine, and ingredients for common mixed drinks.

Question

Coronavirus?!?!?!

Answer

Due to the global concerns about the coronavirus at this time, we encourage our guests to prioritize their health and to stay up to date about all recommendations regarding travel from the CDC and WHO. If you have been in contact with someone suspected to have/diagnosed with coronavirus please stay home. We will miss you but health must be everyone's priority at this time. If you are travelling and are concerned about the risks and feel that you must stay home to be safe we understand and respect your decision.

Question

Health and Safety Concerns

Answer

For the health and safety of all of our guests we are recommending that masks be worn during the ceremony, when moving through the dinner tent, and while getting drinks and food. We also encourage you to respect the wishes of others and if someone asks that you wear a mask while interacting with them please do so.
