Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please restrict the attendees in your party to those listed on your invitation. We wish we could accommodate all our friends and family, but resources restrict this. We hope that we are able to celebrate with others at a later date!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

March 20, 2020

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Gus and I will be staying at Southernmost Beach Resort for the weekend. Santa Maria Suites is also another hotel close by, as well as Southwinds Motel. If you're looking for pet-friendly, The Palms is less than a mile from Hemingway Home. There are also a number of really nice Airbnb spots right off Duval and walking distance from the wedding venue and other great spots.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

5:45pm at the earliest as the museum is open to the public until 5:30, so wedding guests will not be admitted until 5:45. Ceremony starts at 6pm.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Only street parking, Uber/Lyft or the Duval Bus Loop is recommended.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nope, wear whatever you like. We're going for beachy casual style, or garden formal, but it's up to you!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The new Duval Loop Bus runs a shuttle every 15 minutes from 10am to midnight and picks up near most hotel locations and near the ceremony site at Hemingway House.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We're meeting guests at Mallory Square for the sunset festival Thursday night.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Zola and Amazon

Question

Will masks be required at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

No, masks are not required. However, we’ll have sanitizer on the reception tables.
