It all started on hole 16 at the Phoenix Waste Management Open! Erin was there with her sister, Liza, and friends, Jamie and Jacquelyn. Grayson was there with his Los Angeles buddies, Dan and Jon. On a dare from Grayson's family friend, Danny Nelson, he approached Erin and her friends and quickly offered to take a group photo for the ladies. Dan and Jon came to assist by jumping in the photo, and the two groups became friends immediately. Grayson and Erin exchanged phone numbers and instantly connected over being coaches kids! The following weekend, Grayson, Dan, Jon, and Gray's brother, Taylor, came to San Diego for the Torrey Pines Golf Tournament and the rest is history!

Grayson proposed to Erin at The Westin La Paloma in Tucson, AZ with his family present after Christmas Eve Mass. The backdrop was a beautiful sunset overlooking the resort. Erin was completely surprised! It was the perfect Christmas!
