HOW DO I RSVP FOR THE WEDDING?

Answer

Guests RSVP by reserving their room through the resort website using the Promo Code (Fully refundable and modifiable with no deposit required). Steps to RSVP / Reserve Your Room: 1. Visit the RSVP/The resort page in this site 2. Copy this promo code: EEWMAR27XCP 3. Click the “Check Availability” button. 4. Select your travel dates and enter the promo code 5. Choose your room type. 6. Enter your information. 7. Confirm your booking.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK USING THE PROMO CODE?

Answer

Yes!! We request that all guests only utilize our special discounted promo code to be included in our room block. We have negotiated the best rates at the resort for our wedding, as reflected via this promo code. All RSVP's are tracked via this promo code. In order to attend the wedding event and receive future communications on the wedding and logistics, all guests must only book using our special code.

What’s the difference between a standard suite and an Excellence Club room at Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres?

Answer

All guests at Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres stay in luxurious all-inclusive suites, with access to the resort’s restaurants, bars, pools, beach, activities, and entertainment. Standard suites include all the core amenities of the resort experience. Excellence Club suites, however, are an upgraded category that comes with additional VIP perks and exclusive access. These rooms include private check-in and concierge service, access to the private Excellence Club lounge, upgraded minibar and premium liquor selection, a private beach and pool area, enhanced room service, a Nespresso machine, welcome sparkling wine and fresh flowers upon arrival, daily fruit and petit fours, and even one hydrotherapy treatment per person per stay.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY RESERVATION?

All changes are made by contacting the resort directly at 1-866-211-6223, Options 2,1,2 and referencing the promo code and/or their respective confirmation number. CAN WE MAKE PARTIAL PAYMENTS?

Answer

The resort will only accept full balance payments between the time the reservation is made and until the final balance due date. The final balance will automatically be drafted from the credit card on file that was used to confirm the room. Please call the resort to either change the card on file or to make a final balance payment at anytime prior to the final balance due date.

Should I pay to select a room number early?

Answer

Room numbers and exact locations are assigned by the front desk at check-in at no cost. We generally discourage selecting or paying for a specific room number more than 30 days prior to travel, as plans can change. Your room type and view are guaranteed as originally booked. After booking, you may receive emails directly from the resort confirming your reservation. These emails sometimes include options to select or request specific room numbers. We want to reassure you that your room type is fully guaranteed once your reservation is booked. Specific room numbers and exact locations are assigned by the resort at the front desk at no additional cost upon arrival. Because travel plans and room inventories can shift, we generally discourage paying for or selecting specific room numbers more than 30 days prior to travel. Selecting too early does not provide additional guarantees and may limit flexibility if anything changes. If choosing a specific room number is important to you, you will have additional opportunities to make requests closer to travel, when details are more finalized.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?

Final Balance Due - 60 days prior to travel. The final balance is auto-drafted from the credit card on file. It is recommended that guests contact the resort and make the final balance payment via phone anytime prior to the final balance due date to ensure that the appropriate card is used.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DATE?

Answer

Due to the resort's VERY limited availability, we are asking for all guests to reserve a room ASAP. Guests will have until one week prior to the trip to cancel their reservation without penalty. If the resort sells out, we will not have a way to secure additional guest rooms.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENT?

Answer

The resort's minimum night stay requirement can vary from 3 nights to 4, 5, 6, or 7 nights based upon demand. We recommend guests to book ASAP to reduce the chances of the resort changing the minimum requirement. We want nothing more than for our friends and family to enjoy their VACATION :). Please feel free to arrive as early in advance as you'd like and stay at the resort for as long as you'd like. To maximize your vacation time, enjoy excursions, enjoy the wedding, and have time for yourself, we recommend the following date range: March 18, 2027 – March 22, 2027. Please feel free to arrive as early in advance as you'd like and stay at the resort for as long as you'd like. Group rates are valid for up to seven nights' stay based on availability at the time of reservation. Enjoy yourself, and make this a VACATION!

WHAT DOES “ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAN”?

Answer

All you can eat (gourmet restaurants and buffets), All you can drink (alcohol, mixed drinks, daiquiris, and non-alcoholic beverages), Entertainment (the resort will have daily and nightly activities including shows and a night club), Water Sports (kayaking, paddle boarding, and other non-motorized water sports are typically included), Room Service includes 24-hour room service of food.

WHAT IF MY POTENTIAL TRAVEL COMPANION (ROOMIE) IS TBD, UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME, OR NOT READY TO BOOK?

Answer

Time waits for no one :) Book without them and add them to your reservation 60 days before travel. If a guest is added within 60 days of travel, the group discount will not be honored. The resort does not allow any changes after 60 days of travel. Solo occupancy hotel rates are sometimes higher than double occupancy. When we add your travel companion in the future, you'll recognize the double occupancy savings. Rates are refreshed at the time future changes are made.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO FIND GOOD FLIGHT DEALS?

We suggest setting up flight alerts. Our favorite is Google flights because it includes a wider range of airlines. Use search engines to find the best deal, but remember to book the flight itself directly via the airline to maximize your flexibility if your plans were to change

DOES EVERY GUEST NEED A PASSPORT?

Answer

YES! Each guest must have a valid passport for the entire duration of their stay in order to travel.

IS GROUND TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED IN MY ROOM COST?

Answer

Each reservation booked through your group for 3 nights or more will qualify for complimentary ground transportation. Each reservation should email transfers@seasonstours.com to set up this transportation and mention. Please include the name on the reservation, group promo code (EEWMAR27XCP), group name (Erin & Evan's Wedding), and reservation confirmation number, flight information (see example template below). Keep in mind that the resort will only offer one complimentary transportation vehicle for arrival and departure - if two guests are sharing a room on the same reservation and they are not on the same flights, they will have to pay for transportation either through Seasons or through an outside transportation supplier. Seasons does not make exceptions even if there's another room reservation arriving / departing at the same time.
