We love your little ones, however we respectfully request no little ones on this night as this is an adults only event. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Please be sure to book your room by March 2nd, 2026. We highly encourage booking the room sooner rather than later as there is a limited number of rooms included in the block. If the room block is full, you can still receive a 15% discount using our booking link.
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting formal dress code for the evening, with color encouraged. For men, think suit and tie/bow tie. For women, floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are appropriate. Wear any color you would like, but please no white. Please note the bridesmaids will be wearing black.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive by 4:15pm to find a seat.
Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the wedding from the host hotel, Mountain Shadows.
Yes, overnight parking is allowed! We understand the importance of ensuring everyone gets home safely. Guests can leave their vehicles overnight and pick them up the following day. If you are drinking, we strongly encourage you to uber/lyft! If you are staying at Mountain Shadows, transportation will be provided.
Both! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be outdoors while dancing will be inside.
When RSVP'ing, you will have the opportunity to add your allergies/restrictions.
While we highly encourage taking photos throughout the day, we have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment, so please refrain from taking your own photos of the ceremony. We will share all photos once we receive them!
