What should I wear?

Answer

We are hoping for a specific look for the wedding and for our photos to capture that look. Please help us by dressing in semi-formal to formal attire, colors being: Earth tones of greens, browns, tans, nature colors, ect. We are going for a "forest-y" type of dress code. This is not "black-tie", and also not casual. Please refrain from wearing white. Please refrain from wearing black, unless it is an accent piece - black should not be the main color or more than 50% of your attire. The dress code regarding white or black is STRICT and WILL BE ENFORCED (this could be as serious as not being allowed entry). If you have any questions at all, please reach out to Erin or Emily.

Attire Ideas?

Answer

Men: Pants - khaki, browns, greens, tans... (if unable, black pants are ok but not preferred). Tops - Same color scheme. Dres shirts, button ups, polos. No flannel or denim. Women: Dresses: cocktail, formal, semi-formal. Non-dress options: Slacks, pant suit, blouse, button up shirt or button up long sleeve.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

No. The venue is limited to a set number of people. Guests and plus ones have been explicitly listed on the invitations. Any person not explicitly listed on the guest list WILL NOT be allowed entry to the venue. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Are children allowed to come?

Answer

As much as we love your families, babies and children are not allowed at the wedding. All names are in the RSVP section.

Answer

Where should I book a place to stay?

Answer

Anchorage, Eagle River, or Palmer. Anchorage has more sights and easier access to fun Alaska adventures, but our venue is located in Palmer. Any of these towns is recommended, with Anchorage being #1.
