While we love your children, the ceremony and reception are both adult only events. If your tweens or teens are invited, their names will be on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding!
The dress code is black tie preferred. For men, suits or tuxedoes in dark colors. We encourage service members to wear their dress uniforms. For women, tea, ankle or floor length gowns. We respectfully ask female guests to refrain from wearing white, cream, or champagne colored dresses.
If you are not taking the busses, please plan to arrive at the church no later than 1:45pm. The wedding will begin promptly at 2pm. Please note that if you are driving to the wedding, parking will be across the street behind the church. Due to the walk, we strongly recommend utilizing the transportation or Ubering. Please fly into Austin Bergstrom International Airport. Texas is a big state and most other cities are on average 2-3 hours away.
We respectfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on your invitation.
Yes! We are running two sets of transportation, one from Hotel Van Zandt and another from the Homewood Suites. The busses will run from the hotels to the ceremony. After the ceremony, they will return all guests to Hotel Van Zandt for the reception. There will be no transportation provided after the reception. You are not required to stay at either hotel to utilize the transportation. When you RSVP, please select which location you would like to leave from.

Please see the Travel tab for hotel details on the two room blocks we have set up. There are many other hotels in the downtown Austin area, as well as surrounding neighborhoods. We also recommend using Airbnb, as Austin has a great selection.
