We've gone to Level Green in Summit County as of May 5, 2021! For additional safety, we've planned as much as possible outside with plenty of space, and we can change the reception venue if needed up until the last minute. We're crossing our fingers that almost everyone will be vaccinated by the date (we are, woo hoo!). However, please don't hesitate to tune in on Zoom if you aren't comfortable or able to travel and attend in person.
Nowhere, because we really, really mean it when we say - please, no gifts! We have everything we need and having everyone travel here is more than enough gift for us!
Yes, you can feel the difference at 9700 feet, but it's usually just fine if you engage in some self-care. Stay super hydrated, limit caffeine and alcohol at first, don't over-exert yourself, and don't hesitate to purchase supplemental oxygen (at stores all over town). Be prepared to be a little more winded than usual, but that is completely normal and expected!
Anything you want! The welcome party will be very casual, and for the wedding, please dress however casual or fancy as you're feeling! We want everyone to feel comfortable and awesome. Please remember that it does get chilly at night, and many events will be outside, so we recommend bringing a jacket/hoodie/wrap to everything. The temperature can change many times a day! If you're planning to take part in rafting/hiking/golfing, you'll want to bring appropriate clothes.
There is no shortage of restaurants in Breck, but we recommend Ollie's (on the boat) for great casual food and sports, Blue Stag for a casual, rustic vibe, Aurum or Blue River Bistro for more upscale menus, Downstairs at Eric's for the kids, and Bold (BLD) for brunch!
