What time should I arrive at the Ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at 3:30 pm to accommodate for the brief downhill walk to the ceremony site, an opportunity to mingle and find a comfortable seat. If you feel that you may need more time for the walk, we invite to arrive at earlier for assistance.

What is parking like at the Ceremony?
Answer
There is parking lot just above the ceremony location. Be aware of parking restriction signs along some of the neighborhood. Additional parking is allowed along Fontanero St.

What is parking like at the Reception?
Answer
The reception is in downtown Colorado Springs so prepare to pay for parking. Street parking is limited immediately in front of Phantom Canyon Brewery. There is a parking lot across the Pikes Peak Ave. & behind the brewery building along Cascade Ave.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is Formal/Black Tie. Please be prepared for a gravel footpath and grass at the ceremony. Weather can be 75 degrees an& sunny/hot or 30 degrees & snowing. We will update as weather forecasts become available.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Your invitation will specify the number of invitees. We graciously would love to invite more guests but have a limited space and budget.

Are children allowed at the wedding?
Answer
Due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend our invitation to select children. Please call our wedding planner if you have questions.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We would love to see your photos, but we kindly ask that you prepare for one minute of pictures when our officiant gives the "ok" and then keep your phones away to enjoy this special moment with us. Our professional photographer will capture these special moments, and we will share the photos with you afterwards.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What time does the reception end?

The reception will end at 9:30pm. We hope you can stay and celebrate with us until then!
