Who knew The Home Depot would be a place to find love! Our “how we met” story is unique and one of my favorite stories to tell. Cree went to work one December day not realizing he was about to meet his future wife! Cree caught my eye from the parking lot—he winked and smiled at me while retrieving ONE cart on the opposite side of the lot from where he had been moments before I walked out of the store. Cree had no idea who I was or that my dad also worked for Home Depot. I boldly texted my dad to find out who the “cart boy, beard and camo hat” was. My next bold move was to find Cree on social media, and by that evening we connected on Snapchat and the rest is history! We’ve now been together 3.5 years and have made so many special memories. We cannot wait for our next adventure of marriage!
