You’ll receive your formal wedding invitation in early August 2025. It will include all the event details, plus a reply card (and online RSVP link) to let us know whether you’ll be joining us. Please feel free to RVSP using either method! Important Note: Please be sure to respond to the contact form sent out with the Save the Date. This will ensure we have your current address for the invitation.
We kindly ask that you RSVP by September 15, 2025. This gives us enough time to finalize seating, catering, and all the last-minute details that help the day run smoothly. If you're not sure of your plans yet, that's okay—just let us know as soon as you can, and feel free to reach out with any questions. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
If you received an invitation, you’re invited and so are your kids! We’re keeping the celebration small, so we’re only able to invite those who received an invitation. Thanks for understanding!
We will not be providing group transportation between venues. We strongly recommend renting a car at the airport (XNA) or using Uber or Lyft while in Bentonville. Both options are reliable in the area, though availability may be limited late at night—so plan ahead when possible. All ceremony and reception locations have convenient parking nearby.
Our wedding is semi-formal. For guidance, think cocktail dresses, or mid to full length gowns for women, and suits or dress slacks with a button-up shirt and optional tie or jacket for men. We’ll be celebrating indoors, but feel free to bring layers in case it gets cool in the evening.
