When should I book travel?

Answer

ASAP. Labor Day weekend books up very early at the beach. If possible, I’d recommend booking travel no later than June 2026 to ensure availability and better options.

What should I wear to the Welcome Party?

Answer

Dress Code: Coastal Casual/Formal Women - Flowy midi or maxi dresses - Linen dresses or matching sets - Dressy jumpsuits - Light fabrics and softer colors or coastal prints - Sandals, wedges, block heels, or elevated flats - Minimal, beachy jewelry Men - Linen or lightweight button-down shirts - Polo or short-sleeve button-downs - Chinos, lightweight trousers, or tailored shorts (if the vibe is more casual) - Loafers, clean sneakers, or boat shoes - Optional lightweight blazer for a more formal look Kids: Absolutely welcome!

What should I wear to the wedding?

Attire: Coastal Cocktail/Formal Men: Suits, Linen Sports Coats, Button Downs, Linen/Cotton pants Ladies: Dresses, Jumpsuits, Color is encouraged! Weather permitting, the ceremony will be on the deck so be mindful of that when choosing shoes!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony starts at 4:30pm on September 5. Please arrive no later than 4:15pm.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the Ceremony will be outside on the deck and cocktail hour will be outside on the deck. The Reception is indoor/outdoor. Please check the weather in advance and dress accordingly.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We recommend that you stay in Dewey or Rehoboth to walk, bike or uber over to the venue. If we need to help you arrange transportation, we can do so.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available for hotel guests. Parking will be extremely limited.

Kids related to the Scanlan and Linder family are welcome.
