FAQs

The Wedding Website of Erin Smith and Carlos Meza
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We need all RSVPs by March 30, 2027. If we do not receive a response by this date it will be assumed you will not be in attendance and you will not be allowed into the ceremony or reception. No exceptions! If you are unable to attend after RSVPing that you will be in attendance, let us know ASAP so we can make arrangements with our catering team.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration as long as they can remain quietly seated during the ceremony. If not, we ask that you make childcare arrangements or attend only the reception.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

To allow plenty of time to be seated, we ask that our guests arrive between 1:45 and 2:15pm. If you are running late please wait until after the ceremony is over to enter the venue and join us for the reception!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is extremely limited. We advise and highly encourage carpooling or utilizing ride shares such as Uber or Lyft.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Keep in mind this venue is an outdoor location in mid-July. It will get hot!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! Durning the reception, feel free to take as many pictures as you like.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our catering, we are unable to accommodate individual food allergies or dietary restrictions.
