Brian's last law school spring break week was the most memorable by far! We made our way to Charleston, South Carolina to bask in southern hospitality. Even though we spent most of our time sliding oysters on King Street, we spared enough time for a day trip to John's Island and Folly Beach. Under the Angel Oak Tree our lives changed forever when Brian mustered enough courage to pop the question. Then, we got back to the oysters... and the Veuve!
While Brian studied at Richmond Law, Erin traveled by train to visit from DC. We loved spending three great years in this hip, historic city dining at fun restaurants, tasting funky brews, and exploring the outdoors and quirks of Richmond. Getting off the train in Richmond was always a great feeling. We are excited to greet you at the Main Street Train Station.
A young French girl, daughter of a hat maker, attended a Saint Catherine's Day dance for the American soldiers at the Trocadéro. There, she met a young man from Jacksonville. He offered her a sip of his whiskey. He courted her by taking her to the opera. Her name is Alliette Register and today Erin wears the ring her papa gave to her nana many years ago.
