We have opted for the fun idea of food trucks! We have selected 2 outstanding food truck vendors- Mission Taco and Hayburner’s Eclectic Kitchen-who will be set up in the parking lot of the venue. Just after the ceremony, we encourage our guests to wander into the reception space and enjoy an appetizer before dinner- Aven’s Mom’s Chicken Salad- a family favorite served as mini sandwiches. Food truck service will begin shortly after that, where guests can casually order signature dishes from both food trucks, and bring it all inside the reception space to enjoy. Amongst our food options will be vegan, vegetarian, and non-dairy dishes. The dessert bar will be located inside and will feature the wedding cake (made by the bride), a donut wall, mini pies, Gideons famous cookies, and Erin’s Mom’s Honeybun Cake- a family favorite!
Please help yourself to almond champagne ( the bride’s favorite) as a welcome drink on the porch before the ceremony. Once the ceremony has ended, the bar located inside the reception space will be open and serving custom selected wines, craft beers, bottled water, soft drinks, and classic non-alcoholic sodas. Please feel free to tip the bar!
A long table will be reserved for the happy couple and the bridal party along with their guest. Two round tops close by will also be reserved for immediate family. All other tables are open seating- we encourage you to find a spot you like, but feel free to change it up throughout the night!
