Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we would love to have your children, to be able to include all our guests at the wedding as this is an adult only event. However, you are welcome to bring your children to the welcome drinks on Friday night!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please just indicate your food allergy or sensitivity and we will ensure the caterer is aware!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The wedding venue has a parking area that is free to guests. Additionally, we will provide shuttles to and from the hotels to the wedding venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Summer black-tie optional. We recommend women wear block heels as there will be grass.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle from the Lansdowne Resort and from the Hampton Inn, departing at 4:30pm, which will bring guests to the ceremony and back after the reception! Additionally, ubers are available in the area for any other transportation need!

What if I'm not staying at one of the hotels?

Answer

For guests staying at the Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites, or Best Western, these hotels are all right next to one another so if you are staying at one of these, you can still plan to take the Hampton Inn shuttle at 4:30pm to and from the wedding. If not, ubers are available for other transportation needs!
