Yes, the fee is $80 per person.

If I stay at the Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica, will I have access to the Bahia Principe Luxury Jamaica (Adult Only) resort?

Answer

Yes, you will have access to both hotels. However, you can only eat at the buffet at the resort you reserved. However, you have access to reserve at the restaurants at both resorts. The resorts are connected. Therefore, you can walk to each resort. You will also have free access to the ceremony and wedding events no matter which of these two resorts you choose.

You will receive an official invitation 6-9 months before the wedding date that will give you instructions on how to RSVP.
