Question

WHAT TO EXPECT

Answer

For Family Staying at the Villa We’re so excited to share this special week with you in Puerto Vallarta! The villa will be home base for our family and a few close friends during our wedding celebration. Below are a few details to help everyone know what to expect for the week. ACCOMMODATIONS We’ve reserved the villa exclusively for our family and are covering the full cost of your stay — there’s no nightly room charge for you. Your comfort is our gift! We do ask for your support in the gratuity contribution for staff at the end of your stay. MEALS Breakfast and dinner will be prepared daily by the villa’s chef and staff and are also covered by us. You’ll have time during the day to explore, enjoy the beach, or grab lunch in town if you wish. NOTE: If you have special requests for food or drinks at the house, please share your requests with Erin and Andre. GRATUITY FOR THE VILLA STAFF To thank the amazing chef and staff who will be taking care of us throughout the week, we’re asking each guest staying at the villa to contribute $125 USD per person as a shared gratuity. You can send this directly to us (Erin and Andre) before or during the trip — we’ll handle the payment to the staff at the end of the stay. TRANSPORTATION We’ve arranged for a 14-person rental van to be available to transport everyone staying at the villa. The van is ours to use for quick trips to the beach, town, or nearby activities — just be sure to coordinate with others when you’d like to head out. LOCATION The villa is about a 40-minute drive from the airport, 20 minutes from Puerto Vallarta and a 10-minute walk to the beach. ATTIRE For photos, men please plan to wear light colored pants and short sleeved collard shirts. After photos, you are welcome to change into shorts. Bright colors are encouraged. Women, feel free to wear your smartest palm springs chic inspired dresses. The more color the better.
